Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 4, 2026  ·  Effective: April 4, 2026

1. Introduction

Azura ("we", "our", "us") is a Meta-approved Lead Ads CRM platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our services, including our website at azura.io and our CRM application ("Services").

By using Azura, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

Meta Platform Policy: Azura is a certified Meta Business Partner and operates in full compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, Lead Ads Terms, and Developer Policies. All lead data accessed through the Meta Leads API is processed strictly for the purposes authorised by you and your leads.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account registration details (name, email, company, phone number)
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely via Razorpay / Stripe)
  • CRM configuration, workflow settings, and custom field mappings
  • Communications with our support team

2.2 Lead Data from Meta

When you connect your Meta Business account, Azura accesses lead information submitted by users through your Facebook and Instagram Lead Ad forms. This includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any custom fields you have configured in your Lead Ad forms.

This data is accessed via the official Meta Leads API using permissions granted explicitly by you during OAuth authorisation and is used solely to fulfil the CRM and workflow automation services you have subscribed to.

2.3 Usage & Technical Data

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Device and session identifiers
  • Feature usage analytics (aggregated and anonymised)
  • API call logs and integration activity

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Azura platform
  • To sync and process Meta lead data on your behalf
  • To operate approval workflows and CRM integrations you configure
  • To send transactional emails (lead alerts, approval notifications, billing receipts)
  • To respond to support requests and communicate important updates
  • To detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • To comply with applicable laws and Meta Platform Policies

We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties. We do not use lead data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information with:

  • CRM Platforms: When you configure integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), lead data is transmitted to those platforms per your explicit configuration.
  • Infrastructure Providers: AWS, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and CDN under appropriate data processing agreements.
  • Payment Processors: Razorpay and Stripe for billing — they receive only the information necessary to process payments.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lead data synced from Meta is retained for the period you configure in your account settings (default: 24 months).

Upon account termination or deletion request, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

Azura implements industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, SOC 2 Type II infrastructure, and regular third-party penetration testing.

While we employ strong safeguards, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights:

Data Deletion Policy

Last updated: April 4, 2026  ·  In compliance with Meta Platform Terms

1. Overview

Azura is committed to respecting user privacy and complying with Meta's Platform Terms, which require that we provide users a clear mechanism to request deletion of their data that was collected via Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Meta Requirement: As a Meta-approved app, Azura must provide users with the ability to request deletion of any data we received from Meta on their behalf. This page explains how to submit such a request and what happens when you do.

2. What Data We Hold from Meta

When users submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form for one of our customers, Meta shares the following with Azura (on behalf of the business running the ad):

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any custom fields configured in the Lead Ad form (e.g., city, product interest, budget range)
  • Lead submission timestamp and associated ad campaign metadata

This data is stored on behalf of the business (our customer) and is used to power their lead management and CRM workflows within Azura.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option A — Through Facebook

If you revoke Azura's access to your data through your Facebook account settings (Settings → Apps and Websites → Azura → Remove), Meta will automatically send a deletion signal to Azura. We will process this signal and delete your associated data within 30 days.

Option B — Direct Email Request

Send an email to datadeletion@azura.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address or phone number you submitted in the Lead Ad form
  • The approximate date of your form submission (if known)
  • The business name or ad you recall interacting with (if known)

Option C — In-App Request

If you are an Azura account holder (a business customer), you may delete your own account data directly from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the Azura dashboard.

4. What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days
  • We will verify your identity to ensure we delete the correct records
  • Your data will be permanently deleted from all Azura systems within 30 days
  • Any data shared with integrated CRM platforms (per the business's configuration) must be deleted separately by contacting that business directly
  • We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance). Such retained data will not be used for any commercial purpose.

5. Data Deletion Callback URL (for Meta)

In accordance with Meta's developer requirements, Azura has implemented a Data Deletion Request Callback. When a user removes Azura from their connected apps on Facebook, Meta sends a signed deletion request to:

https://api.azura.io/meta/data-deletion-callback

Azura processes this callback automatically, queues the deletion, and provides Meta with a confirmation token and a status URL that Meta can use to verify completion.

6. For Business Customers (Azura Subscribers)

If you are a business using Azura and receive a data deletion request from one of your leads, you are responsible for:

  • Forwarding the deletion request to datadeletion@azura.io with the lead's details
  • Deleting the lead from your own CRM systems
  • Ensuring your use of lead data complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, PDPB, CCPA, etc.)

Azura provides a one-click lead deletion feature in the dashboard to assist with compliance workflows.
